After a degree in Economy, a specialization in International and Web Marketing and 20 years of job in a Bank, she decides to become consultant in European Projects. She has a worldwide recorgnized certification in Innovation management and an Italian certification in Project management (from Italian Institute of P.M.). Since 2015, she writes and manage European project (Creative Europe and Erasmus) in the field of culture, entrepreneurship and  digitalisation.

Lorenzo Guerra is an expert in digital marketing, communication, and digital transformation, with a strong focus on business strategy and internationalization. He is the founder of Italent, a startup that facilitates the digital export of high-quality Italian food products, and co-founder of Fublab, specializing in innovative training and digital process optimization. He has extensive experience as a lecturer in universities and master's programs on digital strategy and social media. With a degree in sociology and an international background, he combines expertise in business design, digital communication, and consulting for companies and startups.

After obtaining the Big You Up national recognition, proposed by CFMT and ManagerItalia, I developed some proposals for territorial experiential marketing solutions as possible reactions from the Covid 19 crisis, then founding the Slowerona association, aimed at disseminating and raising awareness of the culture of slow tourism. I participated in international projects in Barcelona for the development of slow areas and in New York at the ONU to speak about the theme of the circular economy. Tutor at the University of Verona and in the organization of the TedVerona event, I joined the SmartTalks team as P.R. Specialist and Event Organizer. I am also a member of the Slow food Verona Conduct Committee, and I am currently collaborating with Veronafiere in strategic marketing and with Claudia Lanteri to write some projects.

She has a degree in organization, management and evaluation of social services and a master in European project management. In the last years she has practiced her writing skills, applying European projects in different fields: youth, women rights, education, disability, and sport.
