At Slow Tourism Alto Adige, we believe that heritage is not just something to preserve — it’s a powerful tool for shaping the future.

Through slow and sustainable tourism, we promote inclusive local development, protect cultural treasures, and empower communities in line with the UN 2030 Agenda.

For us, protecting historical, artistic and cultural heritage means opening doors for young people: to meaningful jobs, to active citizenship, and to a deeper understanding of Europe’s cultural diversity.

EDUCATING YOUTH

From South Tyrol to Veneto, we design training initiatives and European cooperation projects that promote sustainable and slow tourism across Europe, with a special focus on youth empowerment through Erasmus+.
Our vision is a Europe where travel becomes a driver of environmental responsibility, cultural awareness, social inclusion, and intergenerational learning.
Through partnerships, education and innovation, we work to build a more resilient future — fully aligned with the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
