Last Projects' meeting

We want to celebrate an intense but very valuable meeting together with our Italian partners in Kaunas, Lithuania!

Visits: Tech-Park - technology park of innovative start-ups and companies, training spaces and new inventions, and for us new ideas and opportunities. Workland Laisvės offices are the largest in Lithuania, creating a communal network of companies, with the aim of constantly promoting the establishment of new connections and partnerships in the business world! A great space for training, meetings and independent work in silence. The Slow Tourism Association is the promoters, creators and nurturers of the slow lifestyle, who shared important insights about the essence and principles of such a lifestyle. It is a way of life that is encouraged to be experienced in order to know the distinctive and unique living of each person. Kaunas City Municipality Social Support Center - provided information about the situation of Ukrainians in Lithuania just after the war started and now. The knowledge they shared was that emotional support and integration into the community is the most important to create the greatest for these people. For us this meeting opened up more opportunities for us to understand how we can help. The Ukrainian Support Fund, whose representatives provided all kinds of information both from the perspective of the organization and the Ukrainians themselves. Currently, the most important task for Ukrainians is to survive in Lithuania, to provide help to children and Ukraine. One of the biggest challenges in Lithuania is the lack of opportunities to integrate into society, as most do not speak English/Lithuanian. Cultural differences, differences in the nature of work, different legal requirements for documents when developing businesses, the uncertainty of the future, cause a lot of difficulties in establishing a long-term life in Lithuania and looking for better job positions. We thank everyone for their openness and sincere cooperation! We look forward to successful projects in the future that we can implement TOGETHER and empower those who need it most!
