THE PROJECT'S VISION is to equip young people aged 18-25 with specialised DIGITAL skills required by the labour market TO ENHANCE THEIR EMPLOYABILITY. The project has the following objective:

ENHANCING THE DIGITAL SKILLS OF YOUNG (18-25) FOR MORE CHANCE TO FIND A JOB. TO REACH THE FOLLOWING RESULTS:

• Skill Development: At least 80% of participants should reach a proficiency level deemed "above-basic" in the specialized digital skills taught.

• Peer-to-Peer Training: Successfully train the trainer

• Community Engagement: Achieve an engagement rate of at least 70% on our dedicated online platform wher participants can share ideas and resources. Our target are 142 young (10% from marginalized communities)
